AI for business

AI for business: the assistant prepares, people decide

AI in our system matches payments, finds duplicate contacts and explains why an order failed. We teach your team how to use it in everyday work.

AI suggests, people decide
  1. A payment without a reference
  2. AI suggests the matching order
  3. You confirm or correct it
  4. The step is recorded in the history

Where AI really helps a company

AI helps most where there is a lot of repetitive work with text and data: matching payments with unclear descriptions, cleaning the contact database, summarising long e-mails or checking catalogue texts.

In our system, AI has access to your data but decides nothing on its own. It prepares a suggestion that you accept, edit or reject. Every request is logged, so you know who asked and what it cost.

We work this way ourselves. Sorting e-mail, drafting replies to enquiries and preparing report data is done by AI and checked by a person before anything is sent.

Where AI makes sense

Repeated questions and e-mails that can be summarised or sorted.

Data that needs checking for duplicates and errors.

Product and category texts and their translations.

Payments and documents with unclear descriptions.

What AI in the system does

Payment matching

Assigns a payment to an order or expense category even without a payment reference.

Duplicate contacts

Finds duplicates by name, e-mail, phone and address and suggests merging them.

Order explanation

Explains why an order failed or was not paid and suggests the next step.

E-mail summaries

Pulls the essentials out of a long thread.

Texts and translations

Helps with product descriptions and translations. A person checks them before publishing.

Every request logged

Who asked, what about and what the request cost.

AI training for your team

1

We find where time goes

Before the training we review what people work on every day.

2

Two two-hour sessions

On your data and tasks, not generic examples.

3

Rules of use

What belongs in AI, what does not and how to check the output.

4

First routines in practice

After the training we help set up the first routines your team uses straight away.

AI assistants for specific tasks

When you need more, we build an assistant for a specific job. It also works without our system.

  • Sorting e-mail and recognising orders
  • Draft replies to enquiries
  • Data for reports and quotes
  • Checking and completing catalogue texts
  • Always reviewed by a person before sending

What you can rely on

A system we know inside out

We have been developing and running it for 8 years. When you need a change, you do not have to chase a third-party vendor.

Your data stays yours

We hand your data over at any time in the format you need. Invoices can also be exported for Pohoda and as ISDOC.

You pay for what you use

A one-off implementation plus a monthly fee based on the features and volume you use. Parts you do not use cost nothing.

Every change is traceable

The system records who changed what and when, including automated steps. Each user only sees what their role allows.

Want to use AI at work, not just read about it?

We will discuss where it would save your team the most time and propose training or an assistant.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI in the system decide on its own?+

No. AI prepares a suggestion, for example which order a payment belongs to, and you accept, edit or reject it. Every request is logged, including who made it.

How does the AI training for companies work?+

The training consists of two two-hour sessions for the whole team or individual departments. We work on your tasks and data, not generic examples, and agree on rules for what belongs in AI and how to check the output.

Do we need your system for AI assistants?+

No. We provide training and task-specific AI assistants, such as e-mail sorting or drafting replies to enquiries, for companies that do not use our system too.

What about data security?+

Every AI request is logged in the system, so you know who asked what. In the training we agree which data may be sent to AI and which may not, and we configure assistants accordingly.
