These terms of service govern the mutual rights and obligations between 7 nápadů s.r.o. (hereinafter "provider") and its clients (hereinafter "client" or "customer") when providing services in the field of website development, digital marketing, and software solution development.

The contract is concluded based on client order and its written confirmation by the company.
Before starting work, the provider will prepare a price quote, project specification, and timeline.
Service prices are set individually based on the project scope and are stated in the price quote and contract. Standard payment terms: a 50% deposit before work begins and 50% after delivery; invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless agreed otherwise. In case of late payment, the provider may suspend work and charge default interest of 0.05% per day of the outstanding amount.
Delivery terms are set individually according to project complexity and are stated in the contract; they are indicative and may be extended due to client delays, scope changes or force majeure. The project is considered delivered and accepted if the client does not report major defects within 7 days of handover.
The client is obliged to provide all necessary materials and information in time and to provide timely feedback.
The provider warrants its services for 6 months from project handover, covering defects caused by the provider (technical errors, malfunctions). Defects must be reported in writing (by e-mail) without undue delay, no later than 7 days from discovery. The provider undertakes to remedy defects within a reasonable period (usually within 14 days); for critical errors affecting website functionality, work on a solution begins within 24 hours. The liability of the provider is limited to the price paid for the relevant service.
Copyright to created works transfers to the client after full payment of the price.
The provider can arrange hosting through third parties. Technical support is provided during business hours.
The client may withdraw from the contract before work begins without penalties. After work starts, the client is obliged to pay a proportionate part of the price.
Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality about confidential information learned during cooperation.
These terms of service become effective on the day of publication on the company website.
