The company provides the following services:

- Digital marketing
- Software solution development
- Consulting services
Contract conclusion
The contract is concluded based on client order and its written confirmation by the company.
Service specification and scope
Before starting work, the provider will prepare a price quote, project specification, and timeline.
Prices and payment terms
Service prices are set individually based on project scope. Payment terms are agreed in the contract.
Service delivery
Delivery terms are set individually according to project complexity and are stated in the contract.
Cooperation and client obligations
The client is obliged to provide all necessary materials and information in time and to provide timely feedback.
Complaints
Service complaints can be filed in writing within 30 days of service delivery.
Copyright
Copyright to created works transfers to the client after full payment of the price.
Hosting and technical support
The provider can arrange hosting through third parties. Technical support is provided during business hours.
Contract termination
The client may withdraw from the contract before work begins without penalties. After work starts, the client is obliged to pay a proportionate part of the price.
Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality about confidential information learned during cooperation.
Final provisions
These terms of service become effective on the day of publication on the company website.
